Coordinator Support

From the moment you book, we’re here to answer questions, location scouting, vendor liaising, permit guidance and support.

A Dedicated Celebrant

A warm, professional celebrant who will guide you through the entire process, from your initial consultation, through planning, to officiating your ceremony on the day.

Personalised Ceremony

A custom-written ceremony, with the option to include:

  • Your personalised vows

  • Ring exchange or other Rituals

  • A meaningful retelling of your love story

  • A joyful moment sealed with a kiss

All Legal Paperwork Handled

We take care of all the legal requirements, including:

  • Lodging your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) (must be received at least one month before your ceremony date)

  • Preparing and submitting of all necessary documents

  • Apply for your official legal marriage certificate, which will be delivered to you within 4–6 weeks

Keepsake Certificate

A beautifully presented ceremonial certificate to commemorate your special day.

How It Works

  • Fill in enquiry form

  • Book and pay your invoice

  • Your private portal will open up for you with everything you need to know

  • Fill in your NOIM (needs to be completed at least 1 month before your date and at most 12 months out)

  • Get your ID together

  • Your celebrant will be in touch to have a chat with you online

  • Use the ‘quick contact’ for any concerns or change of plans
